Jumbo shrimp blackened and them flambéed in a spicy bourbon sauce.

CAJUN CRAW FISH QUESADILLA
Flour tortilla stuffed with Jack cheese and Jalapeños. Served with sour cream and pico de gallo. Also available with chicken, steak, or shrimp.

BUDDY’S BUCKET
Crawfish tails, chicken wings, catfish, okra, and fries. Served with a selection of different sauces for dipping.

GUMBO
Cup or Bowl. Andouille sausage and Tasso ham served with cornbread.

MEATLESS GUMBO
Cup or Bowl. Made with okra, onion, celery, peppers and corn. Served with cornbread.

All sandwiches and Po-Boys come with fries, cole slaw, and pickle. Add a cup of gumbo to any sandwich or Po-Boy for $2.95

BUDDY’S BLACKENED BLUES BURGER
1/2 lb burger blackened and served with blue cheese.

DAMN RIGHT BURGER
1/2 lb burger. Add cheese: American, cheddar, Swiss, or blue.

GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH
Choice of Cajun, BBQ, Tabasco, curry, or plain. Add cheese: American, cheddar, Swiss, or blue.

CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH
Boneless and skinless chicken breaded and deep-fried, served on a roll and smothered with gravy.

CAJUN MEAT LOAF SANDWICH
Thick slice of meatloaf on a roll and smothered with gravy. Comes with garlic mashed potatoes instead of fries.

VEGGIE STEAK SANDWICH
Garden burger served with sautéed spinach, lettuce, tomato, onion, and alfalfa sprouts and a side of Creole honey mustard. Add cheese: American, cheddar, Swiss, or blue.

RED, HOT & BLUE CHICKEN SANDWICH
Chicken breast fried and dunked in Tabasco sauce topped with blue cheese.

TUNA MELT
Tuna salad with your choice of cheese and lightly grilled in real butter.

PO-BOYS
Your choice of catfish, oysters, fried shrimp, BBQ pork or ribeye. Comes open-faced with all the right sauces. Add cheese: American, cheddar, Swiss, blue.

BATON ROUGE RIBEYE
Seasoned with Cajun spices and topped with your choice of shrimp or crawfish. Served with a baked potato, Creole string beans, cornbread and your choice of gumbo or salad.

SOUL COMBO
Half slab of ribs and half order of BBQ chicken Served with fries, cornbread and collard greens.

BBQ BABY BACK RIBS
Half slab or full slab of pork ribs served with fries, cornbread and collard greens.

BBQ CHICKEN
A half chicken served with fries, cornbread, coleslaw and collard greens.

SMOTHERED CATFISH
Catfish filets smothered in crawfish etoufée. Served with rice, cornbread, coleslaw, and collard greens.

GRILLED SALMON
Lightly seasoned. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, Creole string beans, cornbread and choice of gumbo or salad.

HIGHWAY 61 CAESAR SALAD
Romaine lettuce with cherry tomatoes, cornbread croutons, red onions, with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.

ROAD HOUSE SALAD
Mixed greens with cucumbers, tomatoes, cornbread croutons, red onions and shaved carrots. Small or Large. Choice of dressings. Add chicken, shrimp, crawfish, catfish or steak.
