COVID POLICY: 

Staff, patrons, and performers will be required to show proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID test within 72 hours of doors opening. Patrons will be asked to show their valid vaccination card or negative test results (clear photocopy or digital photo is permissible) when they arrive at the door for entry. Masks will be worn by staff at all times and will be required of all attendees when not eating and drinking— regardless of vaccination status.



  • WHAT IS YOUR COVID POLICY?

    CAN I RESERVE A TABLE FOR DINNER AND A PERFORMANCE?
    No, Legends does not accept reservations. All seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and we recommend arriving early. On a weeknight, tables can fill up between 7:30/8PM. On a Friday or Saturday, tables can fill up as early as 6/7PM.
     
    CAN I PAY FOR TICKETS AT THE DOOR IF I DON’T WANT TO BUY TICKETS ONLINE?
    Yes, you can pay at the door. Please note, buying tickets in advance guarantees admission, not seating. All seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and we recommend arriving early.
     
    HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
    $15 Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
    $25 Friday-Saturday
    Prices are subject to change for special events. 
     
    WHEN DOES BUDDY PLAY AT THE CLUB?
    Buddy does a residency at the club every January. 
     
    CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR USE A VIDEO CAMERA DURING PERFORMANCES?
    Yes, amature photos and video are allowed during normal performances (Buddy Shows are subject to stricter video regulations). Make sure that you tag the club and the artists when you post online - @buddyguys. 
     
    I AM UNDER 21. CAN I COME TO LEGENDS FOR THE MAIN SHOW?
    The club welcomes all ages between 5-8PM. After 8PM, you must be over 21. (After 8PM, the door staff will go around the room and begin checking IDs and collecting the ticket charge from anyone who plans to stay for the show). 
     
    IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
    We do not have parking for patrons, however there are Pay to Park spots located on the surrounding streets and multiple parking garages located within blocks of the club.
     
    HOW CAN I PURCHASE LEGENDS MERCHANDISE?
    To buy Legends merchandise (and signed Buddy Guy merch) please visit our Store.
     
    I HAVE A BAND AND WE ARE INTERESTED IN PLAYING AT LEGENDS. WHO DO I CONTACT?
    As a Blues club, Legends only books Blues artists. If you are interested in performing on our stage, please contact Mark Maddox at mmaddox@buddyguy.com.
     
    DO YOU HAVE AN OPEN MIC NIGHT AT LEGENDS?
    With our current restricted hours we will not be open for our usual Monday night Open Jam. The Jam will now take place on Wednesday nights. 
     
    HOW DO I BOOK LEGENDS FOR MY EVENT?

    ARE THERE ANY HOTELS CLOSE TO LEGENDS?
    Legends is located behind the Hilton Chicago Hotel. Other hotels in the area include The Essex Inn, The Blackstone, Travelodge, and The Best Western Grant Park .
     
    IS LEGENDS HANDICAP-ACCESSIBLE?
    Yes. Please call ahead or indicate on the ticket purchase page if you require handicapped seating.

    DOES BUDDY GUY HANG OUT AT LEGENDS?
    Buddy is on tour most of the year, but when he’s not on the road, he can be spotted at the bar.
     
    WHEN DOES BUDDY PLAY AT THE CLUB?
    Buddy performs in the club every January – He typically plays 16 shows throughout the month of January and they sell out quickly.
